Clint and Nikki are absolutely amazing. I can't even begin to express my gratitude to the both of them. They communicated daily with the progress of our loan and were very detailed in the items they needed from us. We started with a different lender that was not communicating and switched to Summit 8 days before our closing date. Clint and Nikki made it happen and we closed on time. I would recommend Summit to everyone looking to purchase a house. They do not just tell you what you want to hear, they give it to you straight. Clint and Nikki go above and beyond their job description and again we can't thank them enough for making it happen for us to get into our dream home.
