Hired the Kadazi Group to build a simple spa pad in my back yard. Robere Kadazi the GC, took offense when I questioned positioning of conduit placement after doing it wrong the third time. I discussed the electrical schematics for the spa with him personally, however they had a difficult time getting it right. When questioned about it, he got very aggressive, was verbally abusive and quit the job. I am now forced to find someone that can come in and repair the mess that he left.

Do not use Kazadi Grouo for any project large or small. The owner has terrible communication and project management skills.  Simple spa pad that should have taken a week is on week three and They have just quit due to being micro managed over an electrical connection that was not done right or communicated properly to the electrician. I now have to find a reputable contractor to finish the job.
