Nice equipment.
You will need to cover all of the tools you use.
If you do not have the tool, you will be reluctantly loaned one by other employees.
The owner has a beef with smoking. No smoking on property.
No breaks other than a 30 minute lunch.
Company is not very open to improvements.
No need to give a two week notice. It wont mean much to the company.
No talking amongst employees or looking at your phone, even if your machines are running.
Be prepared to spend some of your earnings on tools.
I had about 3k in tools and needed much more.
These issues may have changed by the time you are reading this, so check with the company if you apply.
