        Arborvitaes were half foliage at full price. Owner refused to exchange or refund. No amends were offered. Buyer beware. The owner blamed it completely on the buyer not looking closer when they were picked out. I would not purchase here in the future. Infact, due to lack of customer service I would recommend staying clear of this business unless your sure the purchase was absolutely perfect because they claim no responsibilities post purchase.       As I apologized to you again on the phone, we had a company meeting and did profusely apologize for not having the staff available for Saturday hours. Things do happen as rare as they are.
