        BEWARE!! Absolutely the worst customer service. Went in to switch our phone numbers. The assistant manager changed our plan saying this is going to save you so much money. She ended up costing us an additional $500. Called T-Mobile customer service who stated that what she did was wrong and we should be credited the amount. T-Mobile customer service was unable to give us the credit because of the shady way she did it. It could only be done at the store, which refused to fix their mistake. They are shady and will not do anything to help their brand new customers. Stay far away from this store. You will end up owing way more money and they will refuse to help you!

        Delani is awesome. She is super knowledgable and honest. Major kudos to her and her service. Had ATT, Verizon, Walmart phone plans, the whole deal. TMobile has been the cheapest, with the best cell service, and the most perks! No brainer! S/o to Gehrig also, super friendly employee. This is the only TMobile location I will go to because of Delani.

        I had a really great experience at my last visit to this location, Edgar was so helpful and nice and I felt like he really wanted to get me the best deal possible. I hope he gets a promotion ! I've been to this location before a couple years ago and my experience then was also awesome.

        Every time I have stopped in to this location the same lady is working and she never acknowledges a customer when they walk in or leave. Thank God there are other TMobile stores near. I will never step foot in this location again. Three strikes they are out.
