        This company sends documents requesting information that they should have. It feels like complete fraud. They dont even send you any referencing documentation to prove what they are talking about or referring to.

        Unjust third party administrator that would rather not follow a federal law (notice of benefit and payment parameters final rule 2020) - which allows copay assistance programs to meet the patients deductible in order for them to access affordable medication. Ameriben would rather benefit from having a copay program pay for the medication and then tell the patient they are still responsible for full payments, not counting any money towards deductible.

        Wildly ineffective third-party administrator. Impossible to get a hold of most times and when you do talk to them, they drop the ball more than they can catch it. This company genuinely should not exist.
