      image Years ago JD and his staff were responsive and helpful. Over the years it seems they've taken on way too many clients and don't have (or don't make) time to return calls or emails. We tried cancelling a policy back in November, and they didn't get around to it until February, causing us to fork out $840 for a month of insurance we weren't planning on paying for. I verbally confirmed with him twice they'd get us a refund for January, and they never did. Customer service is important, as is your word.
