The team at OTF has been a huge blessing for my son's athletic career. We have used OTF in the winter for the last 3 years and every season my son comes back more confident, stronger and ready to compete. I would definitely recommend them.

Could not recommend OTF and what they provide loud enough or often enough. If you have a young athlete and want to put them with a team that will develop their mental/physical approach to their sport/lives ...this is the spot. The increase in confidence and competence of the athlete will be on full display. Thank you OTF for all that you do for these young athletes!!!

Off the Field has been a wonderful resource for our son. His high school track team doesn't have any practices during the Fall/Winter so we were very happy that our son could take advantage of the guided instruction offered at Off the Field. He really enjoyed in small group session with Ethan. It kept him in shape and taught him some new techniques for sprinting. The customer service they offer is excellent, too. The owner and the coaches are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend OTF!

We started bringing our baseball team to the Meridian location last year. The facility is beautiful, and the staff is outstanding. Our kids absolutely love the trainers. If you want your young athletes to achieve success, and perform at the highest level in their sport, then you need to be attending Off The Field. Personal, and group sessions available. Most ages welcome! Best part.... Super Affordable.
