        Went here to apply for my first checking account, staff were very accommodating and gave me loads of information to help me understand the basics. Trish was very nice and helped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for younger people just starting out on securing their finances.

        I just set up an account and the staff here is amazing. Tracy was so helpful getting things set up and I usually have Erika as my teller and she is friendly and knowledgeable.

        Worst customer service. When I set up my account in 2020 at the branch on Parkcenter, the service was outstanding. Very personable, professional, and helpful. Today when I needed help, I had to spend 18 minutes arguing with a rep, then the manager, all because after verifying 6 different security questions, they still would not help with my issue because of "security risks." Their security is so stringent even their members can't access their money. Not apologetic, and I didn't get my issue resolved.
