I want to thank you for your delivery. I was so sure I had Scammed and I was so worried because like if you been out myself and my Medicare number, so once again I wanna thank you for your delivery

I tried to make an appointment with your office for my son. I was told your therapists are booked out 3 months in advance. When I explained the situation to the receptionist, she hung up on me. I called back to speak with someone else, but she stated you could not help. When I asked for recommendations and that this was a serious mental health situation, she stated she didn't give recommendations. I got off of the phone in tears. I'm trying to save my son. Thankfully, another office was able to hear my need and schedule him in immediately. The fact that she was so uncaring and unprofessional reflects on your therapists and your office. Is this how mental health patients are treated?

I've been to several counselors for mild recurrent (?) depression, and I've had the best results working with Cameron at the Meridian location. The front office is caring and I've had no hiccups with appointments or anything, they meet my expectations as a counseling center.

I LOVE JOE! I have never felt comfortable in a counseling setting, and he made me feel so at ease. Just a kind man, with really good ideas on relationships, and self care. He helped me so much in the short time I was here in Idaho. I want him to know how great he really is, thank you Joe! You have made a world of difference for me and my future!
