    This specific loction is the worst. I couldn't be more frustrated with the staff at this location. We added a line to my profile when they were running a promo for a free iPhone 14 the sells tech failed to inform us that the phone we were trading was not eligible for this promo. So now im paying more than we thought... we had a lot going on with moving, so we didn't have time to talk to someone about this right away. I went to the twin falls location and the sells tech there was baffled at the price of my bill and he did everything he could to help us out but the guy with costumer care told me on the phone i had to call this location and get in touch with the store manager. I spoke to the assistant yesterday, who said his manager would call me back. Which she never did! So i called agian today and got hung up on. Then when i called agian right after being hung up on the assistant picked up the phone and was really short and straight to" we can't do anything about it".... the real annoying part is i wouldn't be so upset if 1. I heard back from them yesterday (because it shows they are trying everything they can do to help me ) 2. If the assistant was a little more personable and apologetic about the situation. If you're going to not inform your customers what is eligible or not, quit running promos. You guys can't honor.

He also helped me understand more options for phones and other accessories that T-Mobiles offers. This employee and the service was absolutely amazing. I truly appreciate everything I received today.

Hi Xandria! It's disappointing to learn that we did not live up to our high standards for customer service. Your account was thoroughly reviewed and no such promotion was going on at that time. Because it was also almost 9 months ago, and you had already accepted credits regarding this matter via customer care to solve the issue there was not much more we could do. We highly encourage our customers to contact us directly as soon as possible when they notice a discrepancy on their bill or any promotion offered so that we can get it resolved as quickly as possible for them. We are always improving and hope you'll give us another chance to provide better service in the future.
