First Federal Bank

Both branches (on eagle road and on Fox run) the tellers are super friendly and sociable. I am told there will be a branch soon in Nampa and I will definitely be banking with them in the future.

I have worked with Clay at the Meridian location in the past & he has always done a great job. Needed to set up a new account recently & he was on top of things once again. Had a couple of things that needed done right away & he had Doug jump in and help get those taken care of while he was out of the office. Great guys to work with.

Really liked working w/ Jake Tolman. We had some complicated issues and he resolved them promptly and effectively. Very quick responses on emails, appreciate his great work and clear communication.

Shawn Birk was awesome! He made the process very easy. He is very knowledgeable on buying cars and assures you if you are getting a good deal. Highly recommended to anybody who is looking to purchase a new or used car!
