Verraso Village

I Strongly recommend Verraso Village . The Assistant Manager Rosalind is so professional and always helpful. I have consistently experienced the best service. The Maintenance team always responds timely and are friendly. I've lived on this property for almost a year now and continue to recommend it to anyone looking to move in this area. We feel safe and clean here! We also love that its right by the village and park.

I have lived here for a few months and let me tell you, this is the best place I have lived so far. When hunting for a new place to live my family fell in love with this place, spacious floor plans, a oversized 2 car garage, and a fireplace!!! After deciding this is where we want to live the AM Rosalind was one of a kind, she answered any questions we had, she guided and helped us with the impossible online application because the website was down at the time, she just made everything so much better, I have never had a leasing manager help the way she did. Now that we have lived here a few months, we did run into some maintenance issues, but Dan the maintenance man was on top of it all. All in all this is a great place to live with a great staff.

I actually need more than 5 STARS to rate my experience with my visit to Verasso Village. From the moment we walked in to the office at 5PM on a Friday afternoon (they close at 6PM-lol), we were warmly greeted by Rosalind. She was super friendly, very informative, patient with our many questions and even offered to do a townhome viewing-in the rain:) The townhome was lovely and spacious and i immediately knew it was where i wanted to live! We were placed on a waiting list and we ended up being called about an upcoming available unit. Rosalind was very nice and i told her we would definitely be interested in the unit. We arranged to sign the lease and once again we could not have been treated better by Rosalind. She made the whole experience very easy and was once again very thorough, informative and answered all of our questions. We can not wait to be a resident of Verasso Village! Lois & Eric
