        Facility was clean and fairly nice but staff was terrible. I got an online order and came in before they had made it, so I asked them to only put the sauce on one side (my husband and I always get a footlong, and split it, but I don't like the sauce). And they said no, because they get too many complaints??? Then she says, to wait and let her make sure, then another grumpy short lady qith spikey blue hair comes up and says that she can't because her boos said they cannot change anything once an order is sent in. So I wait while she makes the sandwhich, and she tells me to not wait their while she makes it. To go get my drink, instead. But it is very busy, so I have to awkwardly scooch around all the other groups of people in line ahead of me to cut to the front, and ask for a cup, then I have to wait for the cashier to get the other things ready and check out a couple other people. Etc Just a weird experience. I understand following your bosses wishes, but now, in order to avoid getting complaints on future orders, you're getting a complaint on this one. Terrible customer service. No ability to think logically or problem solve. This is why you make minimum wage. Will not be returning to this location

        This place has gone down hill in the last year. I have lived in malad 2 years and the employees have gotten worse every time I go. Girl with blue hair didn't heat my sandwich, horrible making of my wrap (which wasn't cut and the bottom opened after the third bite all over me). And just horrible customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
