Jones Supply

Horrible to find. I walked around the building that google sent me to that clearly said Jones supply. Sign on the door said to go to the white building across the street. There was just an open door with a car and a bunch of garage looking stuff. So I called the business. I had to walk another block and come around the building to get to the other side. When I went inside, I asked about an A/C controller. I had to pull up a picture and the lady didn't even know if they had anything like that. So she went to grab another lady who went in the back and grabbed it. They couldn't advise me on how it was used and didn't even know what it was. They charged me $175 for something that when I was able to go home and look up a model number,(because I only had a picture from someone that had one) I found out they sold the same one for $90. Mine smelled moldy when I took it out of the box so I'm hoping that at least after that experience it works.

Found what I wanted. They delivered it at the time they said they would. Heavy, so Husband and Son helped the driver. Very Respectful,and very nice service.

The delivery driver/owner was extremely rude when asked that he put our new grill under a cover 10 feet away instead of leaving it in the middle of our road. When I went out a moment later, the driver/owner was cussing about and speaking very poorly about our employees. When they left, there was nothing to sign and they didn't make sure everything was okay. They definitely do not support local businesses in a professional manner. Will never support their business again.
