I have used Victoria for my mortgage agent for two home purchases, and will forever recommend her! She is SO prompt and professional, but also cares to get to know you and find what works best for your unique financial situation. She makes the process so easy that I'm constantly asking "is that it?!" because it feels like such a smooth process, as the home purchasing (and selling) is not always smooth. Trust me, you want Victoria on your side!

Victoria Rodriguez of American Pacific Mortgage was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely FAST in getting our loan approved, and her communication was constant (a great thing when dealing with obtaining a mortgage on a home), and she was also professional. She was detailed and thorough in her explanations, and honestly, I was shocked at how quickly she got the paperwork done for us!

Started out great until communication broke down. I was led to believe closing costs would be one price but it was $1800 higher on signing day. We are on a tight budget and had to scramble for the funds. My earnest money was rejected because my Pastor walked it in for us. So I had to come up with another 1000 at closing. They promise to refund the first 1000 when I get there. Victoria called me later and offered 200 in a refund. I think this all happened I because the closing date was moved up a few days. It was a mess. I am ok with the other work they did. The fumble in the end of the game really messed us up. The communication over there may be a fluke. Buying a home is very stressful for a family. This glitch just made it more so.
