        Absolutely the worst. If I could give a 0 star I would. No communication. Can't keep a caregiver. Would not recommend to anyone.

        I had an appointment for finger printing for a security clearance background check. When I arrived 10 minutes early I found a room full of people wanting for the same thing.. they explained that they were experiencing technical difficulties and there would be a bit of a delay. There were 8 people ahead of me and the line wasn't moving very fast.. I have to say that the people working there were very friendly and seemed to be doing their best to correct the issue.. the finger print process was pretty fast after another lady took over .. they just need to improve their over scheduling , time management and maybe give an heart felt apology for a 45 minute wait..

      D.E. Adventures;I am sorry to hear you ran into this issue. Please understand that ANS is ONLY doing the finger printing with INDIGO as a FREE community service to the LC valley as we had been approached by the company of a great need. I do ant to share we do loose money for offering this a FREE SERVICE to the LC VALLEY, furthermore. All scheduling not thru our office and is booked the the INgO site. We just merely try to keep up with their bookings.We will highly take your recommendations and may choose to discontinue this as a free site for people to the community.Branden Beier
