I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Whitney @ the Moscow location. She has always gone above and beyond to help my husband and me. And this time she made sure my phone was ready for my husband to pick up and even with it being after hours she still was there to help me finalize the setup of my new phone! She is the reason we stuck around waiting for the new phones to be available. Thank you for everything Whitney.

Tyler Schilperoort was very nice to work with, great customer service, and great conversation while waiting. He fixed my screen on my phone and saved me from having to buy a new one. He was fast and efficient at his craft and he's NOT a geek. Lol but he's pretty handy with fixing phones.( I'm just teasing about the geek comment, it was from a convo ) thank you Tyler at Inland in Lewiston. My Social anxiety usually gets bad but he was calm and easy to work with

Absolutley terrible customer service on the front half Management. However, after an extensive phone call, explaining my problems did seem to be interested in making amends although I have moved onto another carrier and will probably not go back. At least they reached out and made an effort.
