2014 Pilot Transmission started shifting hard towards the end of our cross Washington trip to Pullman on a late Friday evening. Found online that McClure Honda had Saturday Service Hours so headed to Lewiston in the morning to see if we could get some help. Only one tech on duty and they werent sure they could fit us in, but they got under the hood and found the transmission fluid was low & brown. They didnt want us driving another 400 miles without a triple flush, so they took the car. Five hours later the work was done! Great communication throughout. And they even washed the bugs off our grill (well, they washed the whole car!) Drove back across the state at the end of the weekend and all is good. HUGE thanks to Service Advisor Josh and the entire McClure Service Crew who knew wed be way worse off without timely repair and fit us in. Highly recommend the positive service team at McClure Honda!

McClure Honda has always been honest and helpful servicing my Honda. They kept the buying process for my newest Honda simple and friendly. I would recommend them for new or used car purchases.
