Lesson we learned, do not trust referrals, do your own homework and pick the realtor. This is the second real estate agency we were referred to and we trusted that it would be successful. It turned out to be just as disappointing as the first one. Spoke with the owner and he said he was referring to one of his agent's that would work out great for us. Unfortunately, she was totally unprepared when we arrived after a 10 hour drive, previous discussions and emails with her as to exactly what we were looking for. We included listings which she could have checked into before we came up. We arrived and drove by the two listings we had given her and were surprised to find that they were not finished. In our hopes to be a resident, we did not find Idaho, we found disappointment and a nightmare! I would have left no Stars on this posting, if I could!
