        It saddens me that properties once ran by Stubbs could now be ran by a company like this. Initial Point, please try to follow values and morals of the one that proceeded you! Update. Your response only proves my point more! You don't even know who you are responding to, but just aired "Roberts" business to all. You know what Robert, I apologize for your involvement here and don't know why they assumed this was you. PLEASE TRY INITIAL POINT! TRY!

      Robert, I am sorry you feel this way. We allowed your mother (our tenant) to keep a dog that she got without permission. The only way that dog could stay was with a "non-refundable" and "non-transferable" pet deposit. Your mother agreed to all of the terms and signed the proper paperwork. You wanting your pet deposit back and/or transferred and applied elsewhere because you guys decided to give the dog away was never part of the agreement that your mother signed. If you guys would like to go over the paperwork, please let me know. I would gladly meet you guys and discuss.
