B, Thank you for dining with us. We are open to feedback. Reservations are a priority because people who make a reservation ahead of time are more likely to get a table quickly. I am saddened to hear that it took that long. If the restaurant does get full and we don't have a table open, it typically does not take that long for a table. Our tables are spaced out evenly throughout the restaurant. The center of the dining room has tables closer to each other. We try to make as much space as possible for customers to enjoy the atmosphere and their experience. Our environment can be loud when it becomes super busy. We are a unique Mexican restaurant. We hope you understand the changes we made with our chips and salsa, which are now an appetizer on our menu.We knew as business owners, we had to make difficult decisions throughout the years to survive. After 25 years in business, we made this change in May of 2023 due to the loss of chips and salsa we had to throw away each day, adding up to be more than we thought. We are now condensing the amount we make based on how much customers order it. We hope you understand the sacrifices we had to make. Have a great day!
