        Was going to take my kid there today, he feel and split his head. Was told "yes we can se him this afternoon" I said "we are hoping for now"? And was told "No, sorry we are going to lunch" it was 11:30am. So we left, bummer cause their build is right next to my house.

        Elaina and Clint in the office are always extremely helpful and a joy to talk to. Dr Foutz is a fantastic doctor, who takes the time to listen to his patients concerns.

      I am sorry you were turned away yesterday, but we are not an urgent care and work by appointment only. All our morning appointments were filled so our next available was after lunch; that's why we couldn't see you sooner. We do have more available appointments now due to Dr. Thiros joining our practice last week, which is why we were able to offer you a new patient appointment to you so soon. I am sorry it was not soon enough for you. Hopefully you will give us another chance in the future to serve your family.
