        I ordered a mocha freeze which wasn't frozon and when I let the person who made know she just said that's what you get. Not happening again!!

        I went in with hopes to get Starbucks but didn't realize they changed to Beans & Brews but was looking forward to trying something new. I asked for two of their bacon burritos and an iced chai. it turns out they were out of bacon burritos. no problem, i want a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and a ham and cheese croissant. their card reader wasn't working at the time so they ask me to come back and pay when it was working, i waited for 25 minutes without the card reader coming back on before i decided to go get cash back from customer service to pay for my stuff and leave. when i finally got home, i opened up my ham and cheese croissant and to my surprise, there was no cheese. it is a HAM and CHEESE croissant. 3 ingredients, and i still managed to just get two. its just meat and bread. the iced chai is also just straight syrup. honestly if it was just one thing to happen, i wouldn't even right a review, good or bad. maybe even two things. but for them to be out of something, card reader not work, make me wait 25 minutes before I got tired of waiting and did something about it myself, to them not putting CHEESE on my ham and CHEESE croissant, plus a gross chai, yes, i am going to write a review. my food was cold by the time i got to eat it with my boyfriend back home. it wasn't even made right, and honestly everything was just over priced for the quality i received. maybe it is because they are a newer establishment, but i honestly don't think i will be going back.

        My sister and I used to come to the Starbucks that used to be here. "Ashley" specifically is our absolute favorite barista! When my sister and I came to "Beans and Brews" to try it out, we didn't know what to get, so Ashley kindly helped us decide. Their food is to DIE for. The cream cheese Danish (warmed) and their blueberry muffin (also warmed) literally melts in your mouth. The workers are very kind and welcoming. Recommend this place 100/10
