Myckie is an amazing yoga instructor. Her sessions vary and build on your abilities. She is patient, encouraging and very supportive. I've also attended one-on-one sessions with her where we identified and developed various goals and followed up weekly on them, changing as appropriate. She is a great listener and wise beyond her years. I highly recommend her business to all who want to improve themselves.

I have been a student of Yoga for several decades. Myckie has been my yoga instructor for the past year. We had our first session shortly before COVID shutdowns began so we switched to Zoom sessions. Myckies gentle approach to teaching and the inclusion of familiar routines interspersed weekly with challenging poses and introspective discussions kept the classes interesting and meaningful, despite the physical distance. Kudos to Myckie for all the effort she puts into planning and execution of each session. Looking forward to more in-person and on-line sessions to come!
