Bull$/!t company to rent from. They never fix anything, and then try and charge you for stuff that was ALREADY damaged when you move out, and not even fix stuff they charge you for. Also their little assistant Derek, pretends like he knows a thing or two when he doesn't. My advice, is if you unfortunately happen to rent from crook Realty, get an actual professional to look over the property 1000% before the place tries to burn down due to the electrical being about 20 years outdated!

We rented our house through Cook Realty for three years. They were always available to help whenever we needed it, and were very conducive in helping us with the homeowner, who only speaks Spanish - this was never a concern. They were proactive in making improvements on the home - not just reacting to complaints (of which we had very few). This summer, the homeowner decided to sell the house. As good tenants, Cook Realty was more than willing to help us put in a bid that allowed us to stay in the home by purchasing it at list. (The homeowner was also extremely easy to work with!) Even now, when were no longer officially clients, theyll check in on us and just recommended a tremendous contractor to help us update the bedrooms upstairs. We cannot recommend Scott and Tyson Cook and their able staff at Cook Realty enough! If this site allowed us to give SIX stars, we would! - Gordon Smith, Jerome resident
