        Talk about Rude. I called about repairing an Ice Machine and the lady who answered said she didnt think they could get out for a couple days, maybe more, so I said ok well let me call around and see if I can get someone here sooner if not Ill call back and set up a appt with you. The lady said "If your going to call around then dont call us back" Needless to say, I will never call back and I will never recommend on such poor customer service.

        We run a non profit organization and have been waiting on a part for our freezer that they have been telling us for the last 5 months that it is on back order and the people have to make it. Today when we called to check on it we were told that part is obsolete and he cussed us out. What a terrible way to treat people. I cant believe they've been lying to us about this for so long everytime we call!!
