        Avoid this dealership at all costs. Bought a truck w/ 100k miles for 30k. Less than 5k miles on it - it required a full engine replacement. Now requiring a full transmission repair. 2 weeks into driving it, i walked the vehicle for a quick inspection - and noticed lug nuts were missing off the wheel. They sold the car without an admin key - and the vehicle was capped for 6 months at 80MPH + half the normal volume levels. Their customer service is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and walk next door to Lithia Ford and dont waste your time buying lemons from these folks. I would give them 0 stars if available, but unfortunately this horrific review should steer people away to other reputable dealerships. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

        My fianc and I went here to get here a new vehicle. We called the night before so when we got there they had the car pulled up with the heater on. The car is very clean and came with a new oil change and awesome tires. Our favorite part of the whole experience was the employees. We were helped by Barry Floyd and he was absolutely great. We were never pressured into getting a car right away we took a few test drives he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell us about each and what benefits they had. Then Ann-Michelle helped us with the financing. She was able to walk us step by step for what we were signing and paying for. The best car buying experience we have ever had and we will be heading back!

I apologize that the truck you purchased has had problems. We make every effort to ensure that the vehicles we sell have been inspected by a certified shop and are in good running condition before we sell them. When we had this truck inspected, the engine and transmission both passed and were in good working condition, at that time. We were not aware that the MyKey safety features had been configured when we sold you the truck. As a goodwill gesture we agreed to pay for the purchase of a second key.
