They succumbing to technology, losing advertisers no good articles the tv guide sux they give less and less and charge more, now $16 + for home delivery of 4 papers a week very sad to see them go downhill so fast in the past5 yrs

Worst phone tree I've had to deal with lately but eventually did have someone call me back. Since I was a subscriber 2 years ago they have removed features I enjoyed and now publish only 4 days a week despite raising prices.

Post Register had trouble recently with their computer and phone system. Over 400 subscriptions cancelled in error. Mine was on autopay. Could not get ahold of a human on the phone as my newspaper had not been delivered in over a week. Went to their office on Yellowstone and they credited me another week as compensation for my lost week of newspapers. Very helpful staff.

Very poor business practices. I signed up and the guy who signed me up was told to run my card on the 7th. He ended up calling me non-stop. My card went through and I saw the charge on my bank statement then the guy showed up at my house at 9:00pm! I should have known then to cancel but figured I would give it a shot. Fast forward a couple months and I realize my card was being charged twice a month. So I called and told them and they said I was being charged for two separate months...no refund offered nothing. So I canceled. Its been canceled for 3 months. Recently, I have been getting calls from that guy again. Saying something about issues with my card. He calls late at night so I usually don't answer. I am getting the paper again out of nowhere. This is ridiculous and if I end up with charges on my card I am going to be irate.
