Nick has been incredible to work with through our home buying process. He took us through multiple houses and was so patient as we spent a lot of time at each home. He was prepared and had all the information we could want about each home. I used this agency, but unfortunately my realtor was less than fully honest with me. It ended up costing me in the end. I had to find out the truth of mutuple situations through friends and family and the lister's realtor. It's unfortunate when you trust a realtor and feel you got left with a home that was less than what you understood you were buying. To be human is to error, but there is a huge difference between missing something and not disclosing important details. Or not seeing that your client has the best representation possible. I asked for receipts for work done, which never were sent to me. I was told that work was being done by professionals, and it was being done according to the other realtor by my realtor. I had requested to see the results of the final paint job, and the realtor said he was too busy on the phone trying to take care of something else to show it to me. My folks even asked why I wasn't there as each time we looked at the house before it had been with me and him on Zoom. The right thing to do would have been to wait until he was off the phone and show it to the person buying the home as I was out or the area, and we were communicating by Zoom. Upon finally seeing the home in person for the first time I noticed a long crack in the ceiling that was due to a foundation structure issue, and found the broken fan in the kitchen that he seemed unable to find that was on the inspection report. I was told that he would try to meet me at the home the day I arrived in town, but he pulled out and didn't meet me. Our first face to face in person was when I stopped by his office to try to get some answers to concerns. I had requested holding a deposit for any damages that happened as the owner's renters left, only to later find out that this deposit was already given back too early, so nothing can be done. Communication and transparency were less than ideal. It's really unfortunate, as all that it would take between a 5 Star review and a 1 star is complete honesty and transparency. Integrity and reputation used to mean something to people. Seems so much less so these days. I would not recommend my agent at this company. I was left with the feeling you get when you have a used car salesman who left you with something that was less than your understanding of what you were getting. I see that Anthony and Brit seem to be amazing agents according according to reviews. Perhaps my exsprence might have been different had I worked with them.

Nancy helped us tremendously! She was there every step of the way. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were terrified to even start, but she connected us to the important resources. She helped us go to a first time homebuyer seminar, then even took us to the house (that we have now closed) even though I did not ask her! She went above and beyond to look for a specific house based on our price range, needs, and preferences! She was really good at communicating with us. She was very quick to respond and clearly told us what we need and what we need to know. Over time, she made buying a house seem a lot less daunting. It really felt that she cared about us and not just sell us any house just for the money. Even more, she directly worked with the lender and helped us understand that side of the process. She just went above and beyond! She even gave us gifts! We are just so glad she was our agent. Now, I am sitting in our new home feeling blessed and grateful that we went through this process with Nancy! You are not going to regret working with her!
