This place has no business being in Idaho Falls! I've had steaks in LA, Scottsdale, Dallas, Boston... This was the best steak dining experience I've ever had! I got an Australian Ribeye after the chef talked me out of one of the more expensive Japanese steaks. (He said I wasn't ready for it yet!) Amazing!

Went to a tasting Surf and Turf experience and had the most phenomenal time!! We stopped by Idaho Falls on a whim and decided to drop in after looking at the menu on Google. We didn't know exactly what to expect but were undoubtedly impressed. Our server, Lyn, was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. We had a wagyu sampler and sticky ribs to start, a Japanese wagyu steak and cod as mains. Everything was prepared and served as it would be in a Michelin starred restaurant. If we ever find our way back again, this will be our first stop to see if there are any new additions to the menu

Honestly, if I could give This place is 10 out of five I would. Had dinner there earlier this week on a work trip. Ive had steak from the farmers in Virginia as well as famous steakhouses in Texas. After eating the ribeye here with the Barnaise sauce, I cant even enjoy any other steak. Im so happy Chance to try such a wonderful piece of beef. But also, pissed that I wont ever be able to have steak this good until I come back. I demand a gift card due to this or at least a guarantee you can overnight ship. Just prep it, flash freeze it and send to Virginia ASAP.
