This was the most horrible job I have ever worked at in my life, they are very unorganized, the residents are treated poorly , especially the non - verbal residents. The liability is way to high for such little pay, they will never up your pay even if they say they will. The paperwork is behind on constantly. Highly do not recommend as a job.

They play games screws around with hours and tell them weeks in advance tell them you cant work. So they schedule you to work on thoses day, and you than they turn around and fire you because you don't show up ggg i wonder why..

The way they treat their employees is unacceptable. They don't ensure the safety of the employees. The receptionist never answers phone calls, even after leaving voicemails asking to be called back. I cannot stress enough how Important it is to keep the employees safe, but they allow clients to throw literal rocks at people .This is a disgrace of a group home .

Absolutely the most dreadful place to work, I worked here for almost 8 years, you will never get a raise. Staff are treated like mindless robots, expected to work even when sick. Staff are talked badly about behind their backs by management for not picking up extra shifts, standing up for yourself, standing up for clients; who are treated terrible and standing up for co-workers. Management never communicates with staff working within the homes, never answer OnCall phones when there are crisis within homes. Management have unprofessional working relationships with each other, program supervisor is two-faced, and the qidp will carry on lies untill confronted. The gossip in Aspire, aka The Mentor Network, is on a level of its own. This place doesn't even deserve a full star rating, maybe half a star, however that wasn't an option.
