Pretzelmaker

Staff wasn't the most engaged , but did answer questions when asked and got us our food quickly. Great stop for a snack during your day of shopping.

Sign says they close at 8. Blatant lie. They are always closing early. Get a new sign or stop lying. All Im trying to do is grab some pretzel bites while on my break while working in the mall. And pretzel maker cant make up their god damn mind when the mf closes. Yall piss me off. Lazy ah workers. Thumbs dumb for that. They taste good as hell tho would recommend.

Waited 20 minutes for my food. I wouldve gave zero stars, but the pretzels were worth it.

Went and stopped by yesterday 1/20/24. The pretzels were good, but the service was terrible. Waited over 15 minutes for my pretzels and employees talking more then working. Also there was a kid working I think his name started with an A and had somewhat dark long length hair. I watched him pour sauces into a cup and some got on his finger. I watched him lick it off and not even wash his hands. Purely disgusting and not very sanitizing either. You could also tell other people had been waiting a long time. Typical kids working their wage.
