Ben I've heard nothing but great things about you. But when you didn't show up to your scheduled appointment and ignore all calls and refuse to return any messages I have no other choice but to leave a review on your lack of response. I will gladly write a new review if you can make this right but I'm confused as to why you are ignoring a very interested customer

Ben and his team are top notch professionals in chimney repair with many years of experience with up-to-date techniques, all necessary equipment, and scaffolding for tall chimneys. They carefully selected the brick to match our old chimney bricks, removed damaged bricks at the top, replaced them in the original configuration and repaired and capped the chimney with quality cement with a clean design to protect the bricks for long life. They are reasonably priced and cleaned up carefully upon completion of the job. A delightful crew to work with.

Ben was amazing! He met me at the supply house to help me pick out what style of brick, which was super helpful. And he showed up on the job when he said he would. And his work is beautiful. The thing I appreciated most was him double checking with me along the way to make sure the style was what I was looking for, and he keep saying "I just want you to love it." He cares about his customers and his quality of work. I give him 10 stars!!!

I have a home that is over 100 years old and wanted to make a later addition mudroom look like an original part of the house. I wanted real river rock. I am so excited to have worked with these incredible professionals who truly understand and have the craftsmanship that goes into this kind of project.
