Saw a therapist here for several months. She would constantly text me less than 15 minutes before my appointment to cancel. (I drove down from Rexburg, which she knew, and so I was usually ALREADY in the parking lot when I was canceled on) Even excluding the times I was canceled on right before my appointment she would cancel several times. My appointments were always 5-15 minutes late. (And would take the least amount of time she could do approx 30-40 min). I tried being really understanding, but this was constantly happening. The last time I went, I checked in 5 min before my appointment like usual, and the previous client went 20 minutes over my appointment (which was normal ish) then, another therapist went in and talked to my therapist. I waited in the lobby for nearly my entire appointment time before I told the receptionist I was just gonna go. I asked for a refund on my copay and was told I had to talk to billing. I figured I'd hear from my therapist with an apology or a chance to reschedule or.... anything, but it never came, so I canceled all the rest of my appointments the next day) The same day I did, I called billing for a refund on the copay i paid and they said I'd get it in a few days and it never came (over a week later). I called again, but they were closed, so I left a message. They eventually returned my call and they said they had to get 'approval' before I could get refunded for a SERVICE I WAS NEVER SEEN FOR. (This has since been refunded).
I wrote this review for those who think it could only get better, but it won't. It'll just get worse.

More stress being there. I feel so much better now with no therapy.... If a client is saying that something is wrong and you don't do anything to help then why are you in this type of field work? Not checking up on a client after they were in crisis is also wrong.
