      image Horrible service. THEY LOST THE TITLE TO MY CAR. I had to drive 2 hours and take a day off work to resolve THEIR issue! Customer service was very rude and inconsiderate.

      image Shannon was very helpful and informative would deal with her again , I called back and to try to understand why my payment was more than I expected and sure I was a little frustrated but I dont think anyone should tell you in the middle of a conversation okay pause your talking to a 55 year old man and I felt sooooo disrespected damn I cant even remember her name but its whatever, make sure you read every line when you sign.
