I hired All Seasons to take care of my lawn mowing for the rest of the season. I initially reached out to them on Aug. 28th, but didnt hear back until I got a text at 9:30pm the next night. It was difficult to get him to communicate with me from the beginning, but I took my chances. I repeatedly asked if I needed to be home but never got an answer. Our first mow was set for Sep. 8th, and they showed up first thing, despite not having gotten an answer about needing to be home. The job they did was acceptable. Im a perfectionist so I saw a few flaws, but I just wanted to have the lawn mowed so my husband could enjoy his limited weekends without mowing for 3 hours. The next two mows on the 15th & 22nd of September went as planned. He takes payment via Venmo. Our next mow was scheduled for the 29th of September and they never showed. Ive been texting & calling since that day when they didnt show, and Ive gotten zero response. Absolutely nothing. I left a message yesterday saying that if I didnt hear back from them by today, Id assumed theyve quit the job. Ive still not heard back. This is just highly unprofessional & very frustrating. If you appreciate professionalism, consistency & communication, I recommend you look elsewhere. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
