Update: As they responded to the review, I contacted the owner and he was extremely nice about the situation. We are working together on a resolve. They saudered together my three piece wedding ring/bands. Not only did they do an awful job but just 6 months later one of the bands has completely came apart. It was a rose gold ring and they used a yellow gold sauder; that was done clumpy and really stood out. Their bad work is costing me over $400 for repair. Would not at all advise any work to be done here.

Update: After years of hard wear and tear I managed to crack my ring. I took it straight over to the great people at Dales. They took one look at it and recognized it, and said they can repair it! $45 later, its polished, reshaped, and repaired. They even shipped it to me since we are buried in a blizzard. Truly cannot say enough good about the work and people here. Take your broken or damaged jewelry to em, you wont regret it! Absolutely amazing shop, work, and people! I had a ring custom made back in 06. I wear it every day, and I work on a ranch so I use my hands. Ive broken it once a year every year since and had it repaired by countless places. The folks here said, we can fix that and make it so it wont break again. They built up the weak spots reshaped it, polished and did it all in a week and for $50. Everyone else took months to weld it together again and cost 3x as much! I trust them that it will never break again, but now Ill have to find another reason to come in! They are great honest people who do amazing work!

Beautiful displays, friendly-not pushy sales people. We were able to get a replacement battery for a watch.

The BEST jeweler in town! My ring is a priceless heirloom from my father in law who is deceased. He bought this ring in 1960. Theres so much more to this story, but I could not be more thankful to this jeweler for fixing my beautiful ring
