I purchased a home in Rigby Id. last year. I have been very happy with the craftsmanship and materials used but most of all I've been impressed with the warranty. Ive had a couple issues that needed to be addressed and within an hour both times John , the superintendent on my home, showed up and fixed them. He is very customer service oriented and good at explaining everything clearly. I am very appreciative that kartchner has good employees like John that stand behind their homes after purchase is completed.

This is our second time to purchase a home from Kartchner Homes. We are extremely satisfied with process and the finished product. The whole Kartchner team is fantastic, especially Hayden and Katie. Thank you for all the hard work you did.

I need to give context and good information for those looking to get something out this review. We built our house with Kartchner almost 3 years ago. We did in fact, ask around before partnering with them, and many opinions were not exactly favorable. We thought about it for a while. But even with the not so good things we heard, we decided to build our home with them. The process was not bad,(it is our first house) it was simple, the Kartchner workers were always willing to help us with our concerns. We had to work directly with Katie, the realtor representing Kartchner. She was willing to answer any questions. She was helpful and patient with all our constant doubts and questions. I think that it is imperative to mention her in this review because she has been wonderful. Even though she did not represent us (she represents Kartchner), she did a very good job "doing good for us." Jumping ahead in the story there were some problems with the home... nothing crazy, but things that we can expect out of a new construction, problems with leaking windows, some roofing things that needed attention, water heater issues, garage door issues, etc. She went out of her way to comply with the warranty they promised us and ensured that things were fixed the right way.She was the point of contact for us, I also need to mention Hayden, he is the one that made sure that the workers were actually doing their job and things were fixed correctly. Both of them made our experience much better. Both have been patient and friendly to us. This is our first house!!!!! so we expected a lot. We were concerned about these problems. These problems were not found all at once, those were in the first 2 years of living here. But to be fair, Katie and Hayden have gone out of their way to make sure that the house meets our expectations. All problems were addressed and all our concerns were appeased. We do recommend building with them. We love our house, and we will be happy to build with Karchner again.
