Rock Solid Granite & Tile

We used Rock Solid for a large amount of quartzite countertops during our kitchen addition. We cannot say enough good about their customer service. From start to finish with this project we felt taken care of and valued. Even when there was a hiccup in the process, it was handled professionally and their only concern was making sure we were satisfied. That kind of customer service can often times be lacking in a project like this so it was refreshing to have our concerns taken seriously without being made to feel like we were a hassle. Secondly, and equally as important, their crews were top notch! We had them in our home 3 times and each time they were so careful with our home. They protected the walls, the floor, the doors, and moved slowly and cautiously so they did not create any damage. Hard to do with hundreds of pound of rock, but they pulled it off seamlessly! They were happy to be there and even were laughing together as they did their job. That alone speaks a lot as to the work environment Rock Solid provides for their staff. We are beyond impressed and will highly recommend them for any rock job needed. Can't wait to be their customer again on our next project!

I havent had any countertops installed by Rock Solid, but I wanted to acknowledge that their team was working in my neighbors home when my car got stuck in the snow leaving the driveway. Three gentlemen came over and helped dig out my car and push me out of the snow so I could get to work. Awesome team!!

Rock Solid is not a professional company. They came out to install the counter tops in my laundry room. They damaged both walls, putting large chips snd scrapes in the drywall. I thought they would have a crew that comes by and touches up the drywall, but they do not. They took no ownership of it. Now I have to pay for the drywall to be done in my new finished basement. Do not use them!!!! Just because you contract with Home Depot does not give you the right to damage someone house and walk away taking no responsibility.

We just had our counters installed yesterday. The team did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. We had to make a few last minute changes after having our counters measured. Everyone was very accommodating and the entire process went smoothly!
