Extraordinary is the only word that comes to mind when I think of the amazing services provided by Timeless Tile Traditions. Our home has been under renovation for over 6 months due to complications with a previous renovation. From the initial survey to the finishing of the project, the crew at Timeless were friendly, professional, and understanding of our situation. Not only did they hold these traits, they were extremely empathetic of our situation and genuinely showed they cared by the wonderful work they did. They arrived to work in a timely and punctual manner every morning, each individual crew member with a positive attitude and a smile on their face. They ensured that I understood everything that they were doing and why they were doing it. The beautiful and outstanding work they did was not only done with care, they treated each member in my family with kindness and patience, especially my grandson who was full of curiosity and questions. When a special request was made, they happily accommodated the request, creating a stress-free experience. On top of all these things, they left my home in a clean and organized fashion every time they left. Ultimately, they gave us the confidence to trust people in our home again. Unfortunately, not every company has your best interest in mind. It is difficult to come across people who genuinely take pride in their work and make you feel important and valued, but the folks at Timeless do just that.
