        The front desk person Glenda is the most rude person I've ever dealt with. I'm a parent who lives out of state and was trying to take 2 minutes to say happy birthday to my daughter who is in kindergarten. She responded saying that my daughter was too busy and then proceeded to hang up on me! Unacceptable behavior!
