Dirty Dog? Grooming

Called late in the day and the groomer isn't taking new client but she was the sweetest and most helpful person I've gotten in touch with!! Definitely coming back when your taking new pets

Not taking any clients? Yet another failed dog groomer in Idaho Falls area. Owner was extremely rude. No recommendations or anything. What is up with the groomers in this city!

Tried to get my dog in many times, the lady had more excuses then my kids. Don't recommend this company.

I will be taking my dog molly soon, but i no i can rate her a 5 if not higher!!! sounds very nice kind of person id trust my best friend with!! ill be letting u no how my molly looks.

Worse experience ever. Dropped our dogs off at 1pm. We requested cut and bath for one and just a bath for the other dog. The women told my husband it wouldn't be too long. I called at 3pm to see how things were going and she said something about having to pick up her kids and the dogs would be ready in about hour. By 5 pm still haven't heard from her. Called again and no answer so I left a message. She never called back. Called again at 5:30 and she said she was almost done. I told her we were coming anyway. Got to her house at 6pm and one dog was still wet and she never worked on the dog that was suppose to get a cut and bath. Would never go back or recommend this service.
