About a year ago I was asked to share my thoughts about Dr Olson's practice. I shared my honest feedback at that time. Today, I am updating my feedback based on two consecutive previous experiences since my original post. In addition to the positive feedback initially left, today I want to share that the interactions with the hygienists since the first post have become more pleasant and positive. I definitely haven't come away from the visit feeling like I'm being judged inaccurately. Thank you for making a positive change.

Dr. Olson and his team are awesome. Prompt and courtesy service. Highly recommend.

I went to this Dentist for years I called to set up an appt date & time then they said I have a co-pay from my insurance & cancelled my appt because I can't afford the co-pay. Called my insurance they said I don't have a co-pay. So I called back the Dentist to say I don't have a co-pay & set up an appt. All the sudden they said since I haven't seen them for over one year they don't have openings for me anymore they gave my spot to someone else?! This is how they treat loyal patients, kick them out on the curb like trash! I will NEVER come here again! This is an insult! This is unacceptable to me! This is NOT right of how they treat loyal patients that's been with them for years! I don't recommend anyone to come here at all. I would give this no stars if I could. There is better places to go than to come here!
