Park West Dental Care Idaho Falls Channing Way

I have been seeing Dr Aaberg here for a couple of years now, and she is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is caring and compassionate, and does an excellent job of explaining her findings and recommendations. The support staff is also great, and they all work seamlessly together. Highly recommend!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff and Drs here. They have taken a lot of care of me and my family in these past few months and I couldnt be more grateful. You can really tell that each and every one of them care for you from the moment you walk in to the second you walk out and even the calls and texts in between. I cant recommend them enough!

My overall experience was extremely positive. The Doctors and PA's were gentle with my teeth. I fealt no pain, or discomfort. I also like how they have a monthly payment plan option. It made things so easy, and convenient for me.

My rewiew from last spring is still valid: Very prompt response to a broken tooth, resolved immediate issue the same day, with permanent resolution completed within 2 weeks. The short update: Last fall after several calls from the office trying to get my wife and I in for the semi-annual cleaning (which they assured me was covered 100% by insurance), we went in. While there both my wife and I told them up front we were getting better insurance at the first of the year, so all we wanted was what was covered at 100%. Afterwards, we get a $50 bill. I call, they say they'll check it out and get back to me. Never did. So while I was happy with Dr. Aaberg, I'm paying the bill today and then finding another dentist.
