I got braces through them I had them on for 4 years and the only thing they did for me is close my gap in my front teeth. When I finally got them off they put a retainer on my front back teeth to keep the gap close but it came back. They decided to say it was my fault and charged me to fix their mistake. I feel the staff is not fully trained in orthodontics
