Decided to make a change to Mountain America Credit Union and they were so helpful and attentive. Chris greeted me as I entered and he was at one of the counters so he came out and we sat and exchanged information. I think I am really going to enjoy Banking at Mountain America!

If I could give this bank a zero star I would. I have never had such terrible customer service I was supposed to get 4 calls now but I never received one. I had fraud in my account and I was the one who caught it not their team. My account has been locked since the first couple days of February so I called them twice about that because they never called back and all they can do is put a request in to get it unlocked without even mentioning any suspicious activity or fraud possiblity. When I got my bank statement I saw a fraud check. I have called repeatedly and never got one call back. Once this gets fixed I will be shutting my accounts down and will never refer anyone to this bank.
The lack of security and competence is absolutely ridiculous.
