Mountain West Supportive Services is one big joke & they are so laughable. They disrespect their clients & does NOT care about their clients wellbeing. They don't value their clients either. I would give this no stars if I could. I don't recommend this Mental Health Agency to anyone with common sense. There are better Mental Health Agency out there

Tried getting in to see a counselor and showed up at my scheduled appointment time at 9AM when they open and no one was there. Waited plenty of time before I left. Called and left a message and never heard back. Its been weeks.

Kids love going to respite here. The staff os very friendly and knowledgeable. You become like family and they really care for your sanity and we'll being. 100% would tell everyone to give them a call. Very resourceful

My wife, Myself and all 6 of our children go here, We absolutely love the team here, there is not one person that is not just amazing. We own Perfection Home Health and they take care of my Employees as well. They are very Professional, Kind and they really know their stuff for any type of mental health. They are quick and respond to "emergency" Very well You can Trust them and they work with all types of insurance an income levels. If you or your family are looking for supportive services in East Idaho, You do not have to look any further.
