        Mark was my counselor for almost two years and I had such a good experience! I felt like with other counselors I have gone to, they would take a "defensive" approach to my mental health, whereas I feel like Mark took an "offensive" approach. He helped me learn and practice tools to combat my negative thoughts as well as providing validation and empathy. The only reason I'm not going here anymore is because we moved, otherwise I would have stuck with Mark for longer!
