My boyfriend grabbed a can of chew here the other night. When he got to his car and opened it, it was completely dried up. He realized it was expired by 3 months, so he brought it back in. The cashier refused to exchange or refund it because the business wouldnt make money on it. Im sorry, youre going to sell something expired to your customer and then refuse to exchange or refund it because YOU dont want to lose money? Terribly poor business model. Were in Idaho Falls quite often, but we will absolutely not be back to this location. If you sell something that has expired, YOU should take the loss, not your customer.

After calling a few times and finally getting someone to answer. Some guy answered and I asked how much they charged for propane. He said they can not give prices over the phone and immediately hung up on me.

Came here at 9:55 PM and had like 1 mile of gas left. Didnt have my wallet so I was going to pay cash. Although they say theyre open until 11 the door was locked but there was a guy working inside. I knocked on the door but he ignored me and so I had to knock four more times over the course of 20 minutes till he finally came to the door because I didnt think I could go anywhere else without running out of gas. I told him my situation but he said there is nothing he could do. He gave me some directions after to another gas station I could make it to so that was helpful at least. But the hours were off on google, refused to help, and ignored me for forever.
